  • WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

It was during the research and conception of my book "Afro Brazilian Rhythms to drums". During my daily studies on the subject, I overcome my own challenges, giving me the "independence rhythmic" between claves and rhythms for each member (feet and hands).

  • WORDS OF WISDOM FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF DRUMMERS

My musical truth comes from the African Matrix music: Afro-Brazilian. The more I research, the more I feel creative to produce. The feedback of the fans also encourage me to study more to be able to share my truth.

  • FAVORITE ZILDJIAN CYMBAL/COMBO

My favorite sticks are the American Classic 5A Vic Grif, it gives me confidence while I am playing due to the “Grif system”. I feel it as an extension of my own hand.
