From Puerto Rico, by way of Boston, Marcos is a new resident to Nashville,TN. Marcos Valles' 20 year career as a musician includes being a drummer, singer, songwriter, producer, and kids content creator.  His works have been featured in various TV shows and films. He has also played and toured the world supporting acts such as James Bay, George Ezra, and Leon Bridges. For the past several years, Marcos has been the touring drummer for Universal Republic Artist, Noah Kahan.  He is currently on the road with Noah through 2024 for their sold out "Stick Season" tour.

  • WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

    I'm a singer first, drummer second, so I think the first time that I played drums and sang lead at my first ever concert was one of my memorable experiences. There's nothing like combining both of those skills and knowing you are leading the train.

    I like to come at songs with what fits first and then try to play something that normally would be on a hi hat and snare and switch it to a tom or a rim click or a shaker. You always get a different aesthetic that might make something simple sound that much cooler.
