George Gray was born and raised in Baltimore, MD and first major musical drumming was playing with the Earth, Wind & Fire produced group the Pockets. And from there George has had the opportunity to work with such artists as Chuck Berry, Earth, Wind & Fire; T-Connection; Peaches & Herb, Stevie Wonder, George Benson, Stanley Jordan, Abdullah Ibrahim, Diane Reeves, Yolanda Adams, Will Downing, Angela Bofill, Gregory Porter, Sun Ra Arkestra, Gary Bartz, Phoaroh Sanders, Malena Shaw, Sam & Dave, Regina Carter, Frank Foster, Onaje Allen Gumbs, Stephanie Mills, Gregory Hines, and the last continues.
